Before you write

Many things are already answered on the questions page — how downloads work, where favourites live, what HD and 4K mean.

What to include

• A wallpaper problem — the link to it, so we know which one.
• A creator question — the email address you signed in with, so we can find your account.
• Something not working — what you did, what happened, and which browser or phone you used.

WallStand does not own what is on it — creators upload it and own the rights. If a wallpaper or ringtone here is yours and should not be, the quickest route is Report on its own page: it writes the claim for you, with its number already in it, and asks for the evidence we need. Writing to us directly works too — send the link and evidence that you own it. We take infringing material down promptly, and you do not need a lawyer to ask.
