About this category
Mountains, lakes, forests, coastlines and fields of flowers — the outdoors, sized for a phone screen.
Where it works best
Landscapes work on both screens. The sky usually fills the top of the picture, which leaves the lock screen clock clear. On the Home screen, a darker scene such as dusk, a forest or deep water makes app names easier to read than a bright one.
How to set it
Download it first. On an iPhone, move it from Files into Photos, then open it, tap Share and choose Use as Wallpaper. On a Samsung Galaxy, open it in Gallery, tap the three dots and choose Set as wallpaper. On a Pixel, open it in Google Photos, tap the three dots, then Use as and Wallpaper. You can set it on the lock screen, the Home screen or both.
The setup guides have full steps for each phone, and what to do if it looks zoomed in or soft.
